Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer support cases independently, ensuring timely resolution
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer support requests using SQL/SOQL and product tools
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Understanding of APIs and data integration concepts
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Familiarity with case management systems such as Jira or Zendesk
