Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Success Manager to manage high-value accounts and ensure the successful adoption of their AI Development Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-tier accounts to accelerate product usage through strategic AI adoption
• Perform technical reviews to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to development best practices
• Design technical adoption plans to ensure sustained growth and technical proficiency in development best practices

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years in developing Web/Mobile projects using SDLC best practices
• Understanding of AI prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic systems
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; recognized industry certifications in AI or related fields are a plus
• Competency in architecture principles, governance best practices, and security concepts
