Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Success Manager to support customer engagement and success in utilizing their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion customer success by executing engaging sessions focused on technical and business outcomes
- Promote scalable adoption through innovative programs to help new customers achieve security goals
- Cultivate a community of experts by leading dynamic engagements such as workshops and webinars
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as customer success or technical account management
- Experience designing and executing one-to-many programs like webinars or workshops
- Working knowledge of developer tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VSCode)
- Understanding of application security concepts such as SAST/DAST and SCA
- Experience with DevOps tooling and a foundational understanding of the DevSecOps lifecycle
