Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Success Manager (Mid Market).

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate visions and strategies for enterprise customers to maximize value in Application Security workflows
  • Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leaders to drive product adoption and retention
  • Design and execute onboarding programs tailored to customer security goals using the company's product suite
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with executives and technologists
  • Experience with technical customers in the Enterprise (Fortune 100) sector in North America
  • Strong knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows
  • Experience leading technical programs and developing business cases
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience
