Job Summary

Acting as the primary technical partner for customers, the remote Technical Success Manager will drive technical adoption, value realization, and long-term success while managing a portfolio of clients and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of customers, driving technical adoption and long-term success
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating customer goals into onboarding and solution guidance
  • Monitor customer health, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and recommend actions to improve outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and driving adoption
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
