Technical Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the full lifecycle of commissioning activities, the full-time CPX Technical Supervisor will coordinate training, workforce deployment, and site support while ensuring safe and efficient operations in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field and remote training for technicians
• Manage commissioning page turns for construction sites and perform advanced troubleshooting
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure safe and timely site activities

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wind turbine operation and maintenance (Vestas platform preferred)
• Technician III level (for internal candidates)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Intermediate understanding of wind turbine software systems
