Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues
- Lead in building communities and sharing knowledge through readiness programs
- Engage with Microsoft Engineering to investigate potential product defects and drive product improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience
- 3+ years of prior product, customer support, or technical support experience
- Experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, or consulting
- Ability to meet specialized security screening requirements
- Preferred qualifications include customer support or technical consulting experience, application development experience, and troubleshooting skills in various technologies
