Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care and Technical Support Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address student families' concerns and provide introductory information to new users
  • Resolve inbound customer calls and inquiries while troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Document information into a web-based ticketing system and participate in internal training programs
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong computer knowledge with the ability to type at least 25 wpm
  • Must be at least 18 years old and reside in an approved state
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new technology systems
  • Previous computer experience in building, configuring, and troubleshooting
