Job Summary

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations and minimize escalations
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining knowledge of relevant product offerings
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service, help desk, troubleshooting, or call center experience
- Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
- Ability to work in a virtual call center environment
- Experience with troubleshooting internet configurations and settings
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
