Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Technical Support Agent in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle sector, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot product and technical issues while managing client support requests
  • Log and manage client-related issues in the CRM tool and escalate complex issues as necessary
  • Educate customers on product usage and maintain knowledge articles for future reference
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in research and reconciliation
  • 2+ years' experience in Healthcare IT, technical support, or Healthcare SaaS industry
  • Bachelor's degree is beneficial
  • Salesforce proficiency is advantageous
