Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Technical Support Agent in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle sector, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot product and technical issues while managing client support requests
- Log and manage client-related issues in the CRM tool and escalate complex issues as necessary
- Educate customers on product usage and maintain knowledge articles for future reference
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in research and reconciliation
- 2+ years' experience in Healthcare IT, technical support, or Healthcare SaaS industry
- Bachelor's degree is beneficial
- Salesforce proficiency is advantageous
