Job Summary
Providing first-level support for customers, the part-time Technical Support Agent will troubleshoot POS system issues, manage support tickets, and escalate complex cases while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
- Handle inbound customer calls, providing clear explanations of technical concepts and fostering strong relationships
- Contribute to a knowledge base and participate in training to maintain product expertise
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in networking or computer science is an asset
- Previous experience in a technical support or call center environment preferred
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) required; Spanish is preferred
