Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical and Customer Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer moderately complex questions related to hardware, software, client applications, and network administration
  • Escalate complex problems to resolver teams or vendors as necessary
  • Support L1 agents with day-to-day questions regarding client incidents and requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • May require technical certification or Associate Degree
  • Generally, 1-2 years of experience in the relevant area
  • Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to export control regulations
