Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to end-users for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, including troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Assist with billing and account-related inquiries, including invoice examination and account updates
- Document customer interactions and deliver email support while monitoring voicemail inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of personal computer networking
- Ability to work in a 24x7 Call Center environment with shift schedules
- Proficient in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
- Must have a reliable hardwired (Ethernet) internet connection
