Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to end-users for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, including troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Assist with billing and account-related inquiries, including invoice examination and account updates
  • Document customer interactions and deliver email support while monitoring voicemail inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of personal computer networking
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 Call Center environment with shift schedules
  • Proficient in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
  • Must have a reliable hardwired (Ethernet) internet connection
