Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Agent to join their Call Center team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for POS hardware/software and related products
  • Resolve operational and technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Log and manage incidents using service management tools and contribute to the knowledge base
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Helpdesk role
  • Background in restaurant or call center environments
  • Reliable broadband/fiber internet and access to a backup work location
  • AAS in electronics technology or computer science is a plus
  • A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus
