Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Agent to join their Call Center team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for POS hardware/software and related products
- Resolve operational and technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Log and manage incidents using service management tools and contribute to the knowledge base
Required Qualifications and Education
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Helpdesk role
- Background in restaurant or call center environments
- Reliable broadband/fiber internet and access to a backup work location
- AAS in electronics technology or computer science is a plus
- A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus
