Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Agent for South America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot product and integration issues, escalating to Support Engineers or Product when necessary
  • Document resolutions and update internal Zendesk macros and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications

  • Experience using tools like Postman, Zendesk, or FullStory for diagnosing and resolving issues
  • Experience in a startup or early-stage environment
  • Ability to support non-technical customers in industrial, logistics, or distribution contexts
  • Experience in building or refining internal support workflows or macros
