Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Agent to provide critical support for their suite and assist internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for bugs or technical issues, gathering necessary information for bug tickets
  • Act as a resource for internal teams, providing accurate guidance and maintaining documentation
  • Use internal tools to support teams, resolve data issues, and document interventions following established procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical support, support operations, or support engineering role
  • Familiarity with bug tracking or ticketing tools (e.g., Linear, Jira)
  • Basic-to-intermediate SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Metabase preferred)
  • Experience reading logs and monitoring systems (Datadog preferred)
  • Ability to document findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
