Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services to end-users globally
- Assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues and monitor deployed networks

Required Qualifications and Education

- General knowledge of personal computer networking
- Willingness to work shift schedules in a 24x7 Call Center environment
- Proficient in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
