Job Summary
Working remotely as a part-time Technical Support Agent, the candidate will provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, assisting with billing inquiries and technical troubleshooting in a 24x7 call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Monitor deployed networks and escalate issues as needed while documenting customer interactions in the Case Management solution
- Assist with billing inquiries, account updates, and general service-related questions for end-users
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of personal computer networking
- Ability to work shift schedules in a 24x7 call center environment
- Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
- Must have a reliable hardwired (Ethernet) internet connection
