Job Summary

Working remotely as a part-time Technical Support Agent, the candidate will provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, assisting with billing inquiries and technical troubleshooting in a 24x7 call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Monitor deployed networks and escalate issues as needed while documenting customer interactions in the Case Management solution
  • Assist with billing inquiries, account updates, and general service-related questions for end-users
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of personal computer networking
  • Ability to work shift schedules in a 24x7 call center environment
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
  • Must have a reliable hardwired (Ethernet) internet connection
