Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to develop and maintain financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and modify complex reports and queries using IBM Cognos and Oracle PL/SQL
• Support and maintain the Loan Application and its associated interfaces
• Consult with business users to address application functionality questions and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years applications support and/or development experience in the financial domain
• Strong background in financial applications, preferably supporting loan or deposit systems
• Proficient in PL/SQL and SQL development
• Experience with data modeling and supporting interfaces for data warehouses
• Familiarity with Oracle 10g/11, Microsoft SQL Server, and report development
