Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to over 500 support tickets monthly with a focus on high-quality customer service
- Independently resolve common technical issues and collaborate with Engineering to address bugs and escalations
- Contribute to the development of a knowledge base and monitor support trends for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with education technology or SaaS customer support
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
