- Provide timely and accurate Tier 1 support to customers through various communication channels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product-related queries, documenting and tracking all issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a relevant role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years in a technical support department in a multinational software or telecommunication company (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
