Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate Tier 1 support to customers through various communication channels
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product-related queries, documenting and tracking all issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years in a relevant role
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
  • 2-3 years in a technical support department in a multinational software or telecommunication company (preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
