Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst - CVR.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides remote support to customers via phone, web chat, email, and online ticketing
- Documents customer inquiries, creates case logs, and escalates complex issues as needed
- Troubleshoots software problems and guides clients through technical issue resolution
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Proficient in PC skills, specifically in Windows and iOS environments
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as smartphones and iPads
- Ability to document and track issues to ensure timely resolution
- 1 year of technical support experience preferred
