Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst - CVR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides remote support to customers via phone, web chat, email, and online ticketing
  • Documents customer inquiries, creates case logs, and escalates complex issues as needed
  • Troubleshoots software problems and guides clients through technical issue resolution
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Proficient in PC skills, specifically in Windows and iOS environments
  • Familiarity with mobile devices such as smartphones and iPads
  • Ability to document and track issues to ensure timely resolution
  • 1 year of technical support experience preferred
