Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to assist customers with technical issues related to its products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve or escalate critical customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through various communication channels
  • Continuously learn and maintain knowledge of products, technologies, and troubleshooting techniques
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of relevant IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Certificate in a related field, or 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are considered an asset
  • Prior experience in a technical support environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with KCS Methodology is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of IP networking and electronic circuitry is advantageous
