Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to assist customers with technical issues related to its products.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve or escalate critical customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer experience through various communication channels
- Continuously learn and maintain knowledge of products, technologies, and troubleshooting techniques
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Certificate in a related field, or 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are considered an asset
- Prior experience in a technical support environment is preferred
- Familiarity with KCS Methodology is a plus
- Basic knowledge of IP networking and electronic circuitry is advantageous
