Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot 3D software/hardware issues for customers via various communication methods
  • Update 3D dental X-ray equipment and software remotely or on-site
  • Document and log customer interactions and manage product development issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role or equivalent
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware/software in a technical-related field
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Understanding of CRM systems preferred; knowledge of SAP is a plus
