Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot 3D software/hardware issues for customers via various communication methods
- Update 3D dental X-ray equipment and software remotely or on-site
- Document and log customer interactions and manage product development issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role or equivalent
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware/software in a technical-related field
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Understanding of CRM systems preferred; knowledge of SAP is a plus
