Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineering Tech Support Analyst for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the remediation of technical incidents and data quality issues
• Perform initial triage of incidents and log them using ServiceNow
• Support the maintenance of cloud infrastructure using AWS tools

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 6+ months of experience with IT support processes and incident management tools
• 3+ months of experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure support
• 3+ months of experience with MS Office tools
• Ability to work on weekends or on call when required
