Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for products, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and diagnostics
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on technology, staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure timely resolution of client challenges
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with operating systems, networks, and databases
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification/experience is a plus
