Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their Client Success Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business environment and enhance customer relationships
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the in-house development team while troubleshooting client requests
  • Perform software upgrades and provide training to clients on system utilization
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field
  • 2 - 8 years of experience in a related area
  • Experience working with MS-SQL Server databases and related applications
  • Proficiency in creating and modifying SQL queries
  • Experience with Association Management Software or similar customized applications
