Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives and manages client inquiries through various communication channels
  • Creates and maintains case logs, follows up on issues, and escalates complex problems
  • Troubleshoots software issues and guides clients to resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Cisco CCNA certification or 2 years of experience configuring network devices
  • Proficient in PC skills, particularly in Windows and iOS environments
  • Familiarity with mobile devices such as smartphones and iPads
  • Ability to document and track issues for timely resolution
  • 1 year of technical support experience with client contact is preferred
