Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receives and manages client inquiries through various communication channels
- Creates and maintains case logs, follows up on issues, and escalates complex problems
- Troubleshoots software issues and guides clients to resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Cisco CCNA certification or 2 years of experience configuring network devices
- Proficient in PC skills, particularly in Windows and iOS environments
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as smartphones and iPads
- Ability to document and track issues for timely resolution
- 1 year of technical support experience with client contact is preferred
