Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and broadband network issues
  • Log all calls in the call tracking system and escalate issues as necessary
  • Provide administrative support for the enrollment process and assist with training new agents
Required Qualifications
  • Prior technical contact center or Help Desk experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting and home networking
  • College degree preferred
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications are a plus
