Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Support Analyst to resolve data challenges and support clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex data challenges by investigating issues from source to SQL transformations
  • Engage and empower customers through Helpdesk communication and video calls
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to escalate bugs and improve solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year in technical support or a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL (SELECT, filtering, aggregates); familiarity with window functions or ClickHouse/Postgres is a plus
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for clear and empathetic solutions
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in English for clear communication with global clients
