A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst (Healthcare) to support a leading healthcare data organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure stability and performance of CEND/Population Explorer platforms
  • Support customer onboarding, API validations, and issue resolution
  • Develop reports/dashboards to track utilization of services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Python and SQL preferred
  • Azure Databricks required; Azure and GitHub experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of HL7 healthcare data standards
