Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and resolution of complex incidents
- Create and maintain logs of issues and resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Participate in on-call rotation and communicate with customers regarding support requests
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries
- Experience with RESTful API calls
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud Computing and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Willingness to work on on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus
