Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support and resolution of complex incidents
  • Create and maintain logs of issues and resolutions, and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotation and communicate with customers regarding support requests
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries
  • Experience with RESTful API calls
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud Computing and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Willingness to work on on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus
