Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Support Analyst to support their global freight network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and prioritize support tickets based on severity
  • Analyze issues, determine root causes, and communicate resolutions effectively
  • Document system impacts using workflow diagrams, use cases, and functional diagrams
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of IT application or process support experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL
  • Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
