Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Support Analyst to support their global freight network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and prioritize support tickets based on severity
- Analyze issues, determine root causes, and communicate resolutions effectively
- Document system impacts using workflow diagrams, use cases, and functional diagrams
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of IT application or process support experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
