Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Tier I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level phone support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Assist nontechnical end users and maintain accurate information in the ticketing system
- Interface with customers to ensure issues are resolved and coordinate with field technicians
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Background in customer service or customer-facing experience (6+ months)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule
