Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and research into hardware and software issues
- Identify and report software bugs and usability trends to influence product quality
- Provide high-level technical support through various communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain visibility on ongoing issues
Required Qualifications
- Proven technical aptitude in root cause analysis and troubleshooting across multiple operating systems
- Hands-on experience with SQL, XML, HTML, and scripting languages
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience writing bug tickets in Jira and understanding of Web Services and APIs is a plus
- Familiarity with modern programming frameworks like Android, Angular, or React is advantageous
