Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to troubleshoot technical challenges for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and research into the Transportation Management System (TMS) to resolve hardware and software issues
- Identify and report software bugs and usability trends to influence future product releases
- Provide high-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for a diverse global audience
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex systems across multiple operating systems
- Hands-on experience with SQL, XML, HTML, and scripting languages
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience writing bug tickets in Jira and understanding Web Services and APIs (REST & SOAP) is a plus
- Familiarity with modern programming frameworks like Android, Angular, or React is a plus
