Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Technical Support Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and broadband network issues
  • Log calls in the call tracking system and escalate issues as necessary
  • Provide administrative support for enrollment processes and respond to inbound communications
Required Qualifications
  • Prior technical contact center / Help Desk experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting and home networking
  • College degree preferred
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications are a plus
