Job Summary
A company is looking for a Family Technical Support Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and broadband network issues
- Log calls in the call tracking system and escalate issues as necessary
- Provide administrative support for enrollment processes and respond to inbound communications
Required Qualifications
- Prior technical contact center / Help Desk experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and home networking
- College degree preferred
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications are a plus
