Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and troubleshooting customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage, investigate, and manage technical customer support requests to resolution
  • Implement enterprise software customization requests using SQL queries or PL/SQL coding
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web-based, database-driven systems with a focus on the database layer
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
  • Familiarity with Ellucian Banner
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer success, support, or technical analyst role
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
