Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support for a remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for macOS and Windows devices and assist users with setup and maintenance
  • Administer and support core SaaS platforms and troubleshoot access and integration issues
  • Support device management, security monitoring, and compliance across Mac and Windows environments
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support, service desk, or IT operations roles
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in both macOS and Windows environments
  • Experience supporting remote teams using remote-support tools and ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration and identity/access management
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPN and basic connectivity troubleshooting
