Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst II to provide hardware and software support for internal employees and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support, including desk side and remote phone assistance
- Deliver 1st and 2nd level help desk support for end users and assist with installations and workstation deployments
- Monitor and maintain network devices, backup procedures, and provide documentation for problem tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 4 years of technical support experience
- 3 years of experience in a help desk and IT environment
- 1 year of experience in computer project management and backup systems
- Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, TCP/IP, and various hardware and printers
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
