Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to investigate and resolve customer issues related to robotic and software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer issues using internal diagnostics and system data
- Reproduce and analyze reported issues, collaborating with Engineering and Operations for resolution
- Build scripts and automation tools to enhance investigation workflows and reduce manual effort
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting ability for hardware, software, or systems
- Ability to analyze telemetry data, logs, and operational metrics
- Experience using scripting (Python, SQL, bash, or similar) or automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate investigation workflows
