Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues using internal diagnostics and system data
  • Reproduce and analyze reported issues, collaborating with Engineering and Operations for resolution
  • Build scripts and automation tools to enhance investigation workflows and reduce manual effort
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated technical troubleshooting ability for hardware, software, or systems
  • Ability to analyze telemetry data, logs, and operational metrics
  • Experience using scripting (Python, SQL, bash, or similar) or automation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate investigation workflows
