Job Summary

A company is looking for a Response Support Analyst I to provide remote IT support across multiple businesses and user levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and access issues using documented procedures
  • Promote self-help resources and escalate unresolved tickets after 30 minutes
  • Log actions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately while managing ticket backlog and contributing to departmental goals
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a tech/computer science program or has relevant support center experience
  • Minimum 1 year of technical customer service or equivalent training
  • Proficient in PC, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware support
