Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst, Technical Support I (Temporary Position).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve tickets submitted by the Operations team
- Provide support for client inquiries related to the VXexchange product via email and phone
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure accurate ticket handling
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline; equivalent specialized work experience may be considered
- Experience in the regulated and/or deregulated energy industry is a plus
- Familiarity with EDI transactions (e.g., 814, 810, 867, 820, 824, 997)
- Experience with MS SQL, VB.net, and .Net development is a plus
- Customer relationship experience is required
