Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst (Flexible/Split Shift).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for users reporting system errors or technical issues via phone and tickets
  • Provide "Level 1" troubleshooting for current systems while learning and supporting the transition to a modern SAP environment
  • Ensure seamless hand-offs between shifts, providing support and reassurance to end-users during a significant period of change
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or a technical troubleshooting role
  • Ability to absorb new system workflows rapidly during the ramp-up phase
  • Proven ability to work independently during off-hours with minimal direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a cultural fit within a close-knit team
