Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide assistance with software-related issues and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and deliver solutions to software-related issues through a ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and implement workarounds for high-priority issues impacting client operations
  • Assist with billing activities and maintain documentation of support cases and system updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
  • Proficient in SQL, shell scripting, and XML processing
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot C# code
