Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide assistance with software-related issues and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and deliver solutions to software-related issues through a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot technical problems and implement workarounds for high-priority issues impacting client operations
- Assist with billing activities and maintain documentation of support cases and system updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
- Proficient in SQL, shell scripting, and XML processing
- Ability to read and troubleshoot C# code
