Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide support to customers and enhance their experience with the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and world-class enterprise assistance to customers globally
  • Handle technical inquiries and collaborate with security engineers and other departments
  • Maintain and develop internal and external knowledge base documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish at a business proficiency level
  • Experience with the Linux command line
  • Familiarity with IT tools and standards such as Nmap, Curl, and SSL/TLS
  • Understanding of identifying and verifying cybersecurity risks
