Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide support to customers and enhance their experience with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and world-class enterprise assistance to customers globally
- Handle technical inquiries and collaborate with security engineers and other departments
- Maintain and develop internal and external knowledge base documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in technical support
- Bilingual in English and Spanish at a business proficiency level
- Experience with the Linux command line
- Familiarity with IT tools and standards such as Nmap, Curl, and SSL/TLS
- Understanding of identifying and verifying cybersecurity risks
