Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Success Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate hardware and software issues via CRM
  • Communicate with customers through various channels including calls, emails, and chats
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visibility on ongoing issues and maintain SLAs/KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software and hardware troubleshooting or development
  • Demonstrated success with root cause analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional evening or weekend hours
