Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Success Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate hardware and software issues via CRM
- Communicate with customers through various channels including calls, emails, and chats
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visibility on ongoing issues and maintain SLAs/KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field
- 2+ years of experience in software and hardware troubleshooting or development
- Demonstrated success with root cause analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional evening or weekend hours
