Job Summary
Technical Support Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for responding to time-sensitive support calls, managing customer cases, and troubleshooting issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to time-sensitive support calls affecting patient care
- Document incidents and manage a ticket backlog of 20-30 cases
- Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role or 2+ years of education from an accredited technical program
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Currently reside in Canada
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday starting between 5am-9:30am
- On-call rotation availability as needed
