Job Summary

Technical Support Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for responding to time-sensitive support calls, managing customer cases, and troubleshooting issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to time-sensitive support calls affecting patient care
  • Document incidents and manage a ticket backlog of 20-30 cases
  • Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role or 2+ years of education from an accredited technical program
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Currently reside in Canada
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday starting between 5am-9:30am
  • On-call rotation availability as needed
