Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Technical Support Analyst will manage multi-vendor triage, perform technical investigations, and create actionable internal tickets while ensuring clear communication between clients and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in triage calls to analyze and route reported issues within Sureify systems or external partners
  • Perform initial investigations of issues using SQL and other tools to provide technical context for tickets
  • Facilitate coordination with engineering teams and manage internal documentation for Professional Services
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or a data-adjacent role
  • Understanding of web applications and APIs with basic troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on experience with SQL; familiarity with JQL and NRQL is a plus
  • Proficient user of AI tools in daily work processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
