Job Summary
Providing comprehensive hardware and software support, the full-time Technical Support Analyst II will assist internal employees and external customers with desktop support, help desk inquiries, and workstation deployments, while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st and 2nd level help desk support for end users and assist with hardware and software installations
- Monitor and update workstations connected to the network, ensuring system security and backup procedures are followed
- Document issues in a problem-tracking database and collaborate with IT team members on various projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 4 years of relevant technical support experience
- 3 years of experience in a help desk and IT environment
- 1 year of experience in computer project management and backup systems
- Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, TCP/IP protocol, and various hardware
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
